2 power partners combine to make one explosive event. Hosted by Leo Burnett and sponsored by Killerspin, the Paddle Royale Table Tennis Tournament is a social event structured to benefit Off The Street Club. The 2011 battle is set for Friday October 21^st, 6:30pm at The Wit Hotel located at State & Lake.

Registration is open to any creative agency in Chicago whether you are in advertising, print, web design or other various types of creative companies*. Paddle Royale is intended to bring the Agency community together each year to compete and crown one person as the table tennis King of Chicago. It will be a battle and balance of skill and thrill served up with hors d'oeuvres, booze and an array of techie ambiance.

* The type fo creative agency is subject to approval. If you are unsure as to whether you fall into the category, go ahead and apply. You will be notified either way, and no loss of money will be incurred if you are not accepted for this first year.

Think your company might have a royal resource? Register your Agency now to reserve your slot of 10 players*. Registration also allows for any number of spectators to RSVP.

Once approved, each Agency may allow/select 10 players to sign-up. Experience is not required. Anyone can go for the crown and anyone from each registered Agency can attend the tournament as a spectator. A bar and catered food will be available for both players and spectators. In order to help fund the event, each Agency is required to pay a $600 registration allowing players to sign-up for a shot at the crown. Do you have royalty working for you? Register now.

* The 10 player limit per Agency is enforced unless an Agency can not fill the entire 10 slots. Additional spaces will be made available to other Agencys if they have a larger need and space is available. Empty slots will be made available to those in need at an additional $75/ slot.

Once an Agency has completed the registration process, employees are free to sign-up as players or RSVP as a spectator. This is a closed tournament and players must sign-up prior to tournament day. There is a 10 Player limit per Agency, so get your slot reserved now. You do not need to be an expert player and anyone 21+ may attend. Spectators who RSVP and are 1 of the first 150 to show up will receive 2 drink tickets and 1 bet voucher to place for a chance to pick The King. There will be Food and Alcohol. Spectator walk-ins will be accepted with a suggested donation of $20.
